Pumpak kit SS. Urea DEF Pump Kit for field mount and recommended for diesel exhaust fluid, Flomax 8 Stainless Steel pumps are self-priming pumps, pipe size 2" NPT. SS pump to be mounted to a pedestal or an engine which has a 3/4" diameter shaft. Right hand rotation. 3/4" drive sleeve. NO motor or drive.
Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) is a solution, injected into the exhaust stream, consisting of high purity urea (typically crystalline) dissolved and suspended within de-ionised water. DEF is a non-hazardous solution that is clear and colorless. It has a slight smell of ammonia, similar to some home cleaning agents. DEF is used in by Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology to remove harmful NOx emissions from diesel engines.
