The Koshin KDP-80X is a powerful, heavy-duty 3" diaphragm pump designed to handle the toughest jobs—mud, slurry, sewage, and other thick liquids that can still flow. Often referred to as mud pumps or sludge pumps, these units are ideal for construction sites, agriculture, wastewater applications, and disaster cleanup.

Engineered for Power & Performance:

• Honda GX120 OHV Gasoline Engine – Reliable, fuel-efficient, and easy to start

• 2-Stage Gear Reduction (44:1) – Large-diameter output gear and heavy-duty ball bearings provide superior torque and durability

• Self-Priming Up to 20 ft. – Thanks to a built-in molded polyurethane flapper/check valve (after initial prime)

Built for the Toughest Fluids:

• Thermoplastic Rubber Diaphragm – Handles abrasive and viscous materials

• Solids Handling: Up to 1-5/8" diameter

• Maximum Flow: Up to 90 GPM

• Max Temperature: 180°F

• Suction/Discharge Ports: 3" NPT (cannot be reduced or restricted)

⚠️ Discharge hoses should be no longer than 25 feet unless oversized. Diaphragm pumps have no relief valve—discharge must not be restricted.

• Sand Cast Aluminum Housing – Tough yet lightweight for portability

• Modular Component Design – Simplifies maintenance and cleanout

• Includes:

  • Steel 3" NPT suction strainer

  • Two 3" NPT nipples
