Sprinkler pump 5HP Booster pumps feature Investment Cast 316 SS closed impellers for high efficiency and resistance against erosion caused by abrasive particles. Sprinkler pumps self-prime to 20 feet. Single stage feature a built-in check valve to insure fast priming after initial liquid is added to the Sprinkler Pump. Cast iron construction provides durability and low maintenance. Easy cleanout design includes replaceable volute/diffuser and casing o-ring for servicing. Two-stage models 4782-95 provide additional pressure in fractional horsepower sizes for multi-sprinkler head applications.

Single stage pump. Motor is 3-phase, for single phase equal see 3657-95. Type 21 mechanical seals handle maximum working pressure to 150 PSI.

Pump suction casing use to be a square shape. Performance and parts are same. See Curve "B"

Sprinkler nozzle flow rates (multiply by the number heads in biggest zone).

Friction loss in pipes (pressure DROP due to velocity and pipe size) ....bigger is better

Correct size motor supply wire(voltage drop, just like water in a pipe) ...bigger is better
