We are adjusting our day-to-day business operations to reflect the recommendations of the World Health Organization as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We have made it a company-wide priority to communicate to everyone the importance of recommendations to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

First, our customer support team, inside sales team and application engineering team are available to support your needs. Most are working from home, but they can be reached via email and phone.

We continue to receive products from our pump manufacturer’s, we continue to work with our suppliers to deliver inventory into the facility. Resources are on-site for assembly and shipment of product and parts.

With the actions being taken to slow the spread of COVID-19, we have seen a slowdown in receipt of product from suppliers. Although we have stock to fulfill a wide variety of orders, we are unable to guarantee that we can service all customer demand with standard lead-times.
