Designed with larger tanks to handle parts like engine blocks, transmissions, and compressors, both models have the same high-quality operating features found on the 500 and 800 (a powerful 1/3 HP centrifugal pump and hydro-jet manifold, with flow capacity of 40 GPM through the manifold or 18 GPM through the flexible metal tube).

The 902 has two 1/3 HP pumps and hydro-jet manifolds for a powerful 80 GPM output. The pumps can be operated independently to maintain tank agitation while delivering filtered solvent.

Ruggedly constructed for years of trouble-free solvent cleaning service.  These feature-packed models offer a variety of design elements to make your cleaning tasks quicker and more efficient while remaining flexible enough to suit most cleaning challenges. All Clean-O-Matics are certified cETLus to the NEW UL1204 Parts Washer Standard.

All models feature three-way cleaning:

• Pump for in-tank agitation that loosens dirt/grime on soaking parts
• Pistol grip nozzle for flushing away contaminants
• Flexible Stay-Put metal flush hose in conjunction with an (optional) hand-held brush.

With the introduction of the UL1204 models comes some slight tweaks to the units.  There were enough changes to them that a name change was necessary. Now COM924

Standard Features - All Models

• Pistol grip spray nozzle is adjustable for light spray or solid stream – direct where cleaning and rinsing of parts is needed

• Available in both 115V (-A) and 230V (-B)

• Extra-long Stay-Put flexible metal flush hose for directed hands-free flushing action

• Adjustable bi-level work shelves

• Safety lid shuts automatically in the event of a fire – can also be closed to reduce fluid evaporation

• Hydro-Jet Manifold in-tank agitation loosens dirt and grime as parts soak (except 304)

• Three-way cleaning action selector valve (all models except 304) permits use of hydro-jet manifold for in-tank agitation, pistol grip spray nozzle or flush hose cleaning actions individually or in combination

• Washable 40 mesh screen solvent filter

• Drain plug

• Optional removable soak/sludge trays keep soaking parts off bottom – makes sludge removal easier

• Rugged 16-gauge minimum welded steel tank leak tested for 24 hours after welding with powder-coat finish for durability and long-life

• Graymills abrasive-resistant pump has no bearings/seals immersed in fluid – extends pump life

• Freeboard compliant when lower shelves are installed and fully extend
