1/2HP Submersible contractor utility pump with cast aluminum housing. Includes switch for quick and easy automatic LOW level floor flood control or dewatering a flooded basement. Submersible Utility Pump 115V, Manual or automatic, 10' Power Cord. The pump with a 101 uses. Pump-In-A-Bag kit has High flow rate and pressure for such a compact pump in a bag ready to go in a emergency. Connects to 1" pipe or discharge hose (included 50FT). Screened inlet, carry handle and epoxy coated aluminum housing. Great for emptying basement, pool, window wells, flat roofs, and elevator pits. Use fully or partially submerged. 

Unique DFC1 switch, The Dual Float and Controller is for any manual pump. It turns on the pump when water lifts the float switch 1/4", and runs the pump for an additional 10 seconds after the float drops, to completely empty the low area / sump pit once the float returns to its original position. DFC1 has a 10FT cord with piggy back plug. Set the switch housing at any height to get a corresponding On / Off level. For further peace of mind the switch has a Dual float which acts as a backup to the main lower float should it get stuck the second one takes over. Industrial strength electronics, 30 amp relay means extended life compared to ordinary float switch. ON level point is 3/4" from its bottom surface. DFC1 is not rain proof, requires enclosure if exposed to the elements.
