These systems are designed for a wide variety of liquids that require constant circulation to maintain uniform viscosity, contain solids which must be kept in suspension or as a waste drain receptacle. Optional mix port is accomplished by use of a by-pass in the volute that diverts some of the flow from the discharge in the pump base. All pump bodies used in these systems feature Stainless Steel ï½®-coated cast iron construction with open column, tri-rod design for easy pump clean-up. Polyethylene tank liners are available for easier clean-up and additional resistance to corrosion and abrasion. All motors 1725 RPM. Hazardous duty Explosion Proof electric. Or Pneumatic air motors available as a option.

Pump design is canti-lever which means no shaft bearings or mechanical seals to go bad. Pumps can run dry without damage. Due to thier open design these pumps are also quite tollerant of debris.
