The AMT 388F-97 is the smallest pump in AMT's bronze pool and spa line: a 1/2 HP, UL 1081-listed centrifugal pump also popular as a boat bait-well pump. Its self-cleaning bronze impeller and pull-from-rear design make servicing easy without disconnecting piping, and pairing it with the optional Model 4530-99 ABS strainer basket (sold separately) lets it self-prime to 6 ft. Moves up to 52 GPM (3,120 GPH) against 49 ft of head through 1.5" ports.
NOTE: Strainer baskets must be ordered separately. All models are fitted with self-cleaning bronze impellers. Units feature pull-from-rear design for easy servicing without removing piping. Basket strainer is 4530-99. See Curve "B"
