These basins are machine wrapped with continuous strands of glass. The winding process is computer controlled for accuracy, consistent thickness and extraordinary strength. Unlike hand-laid-up or chopped fiberglass, filament winding makes it possible to control direction, placement and density of the fibers. For extra security, Jackel's exclusive anti-flotation base plate are wound-in to prevent floating and dislodging during use. This Universal Rail System is noncorrosive stainless steel and schedule 80 discharge piping.
