for industrial process applications, with standard wetted parts of glass-filled polypropylene, carbon-filled Kynar & 316 stainless steel, are the ideal choice for handling difficult liquids, such as strong halogen or chromic, and sulfuric acid solutions. Typical magdrive pump applications range from computer cooling systems and waste treatment plants to plating and chemical operations, photo processors and chemical plants. Flow rates range from 25 GPM minimum to 125 GPM maximum at heads from 0ft. to 95ft. maximum. The standard magdrive pump spindle is ceramic while Hastelloy & stainless steel are available for enhanced chemical resistance.

March Pump Series 8 are centrifugal magnetic drive pumps which have a maximum flow of 120GPM and a maximum head of 95 feet. They are available in Polypropylene, Kynar, and Stainless Steel. The inlet is 2 inch and the outlet is 1.5 inch. They use 3 and 5 horsepower three phase motors. Explosion proof motors for hazardous locations and 575V motors are additional options.

It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 120 gallons per minute at 20 feet, and its maximum head is 90 Feet (39PSI). The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of 316 Stainless Steel, Viton, Carbon, and Ceramic.  The inlet connection is 2 inch male pipe thread, and the outlet is 1-1/2 inch male pipe thread.  There are two standard motors.  The first motor is a 1 Phase 60 hertz 208/230V 5 horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled motor.  The second is a 3 Phase 60 hertz 208/230/460 and 50 hertz 190/220/380V 5 horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled motor.
