Coolant Pump IMS

Graymills coolant pumps are typically found on OEM machine tool equipment and are thus well suited for replacement or retrofit machine tool pumping applications. These pumps can also be used on other industrial applications requiring a vertical cast iron or stainless pump. Ideal for coolant and lubrication systems, parts cleaners. Fully interchangeable with units furnished on most imported machine tools. Suction coolant pump. Also use on biodiesel.

IMS** models are dependable, economical replacements for suction pumps commonly supplied as original equipment on foreign manufactured machine tools. They should not be used to circulate fluids containing fine contaminants. For applications requiring the circulation of liquids containing large amounts of foreign matter, Graymills IMV Series centrifugal pumps are recommended.

All motors are completely protected from soil and dust, and feature permanently lubricated, sealed bearings. Motors larger than ¼ HP are fan cooled. Self-priming with a 2ft. maximum suction lift, IMS Series pumps may be mounted above liquid level as well as other locations remote from the tank.

IMS 50: 1/2 HP, 3450 RPM, ¾â€metric* threaded horizontal discharge above integral mounting flange.

IMS 75: 3/4 HP, 3450 RPM, 1â€metric* threaded horizontal discharge above integral mounting flange.

IMS 100: 1 HP, 3450 RPM, 1â€metric* threaded horizontal discharge above integral mounting flange.

Note: *Metric threads are compatible with NPT in ½â€ and ¾â€ sized. Adapters must be used to connect 3/8†and 1†ports to NPT piping. Order adapter number 724-07445 for 3/8†ports; number 724-07446 for 1†ports.
