Diaphragm pump. Classic Band Clamp design. Although the air powered pump eliminates ignition from electrical motors and internal combustion engines when pumping flammable fluids there is still the possibility of static electrical charge build up on the outside of the pump. All-flo now provides a solution through the use of conductive thermoplastic compounds in combination with proper grounding techniques.

Conductivity of the outside wetted parts is gained through the blending of micro filaments of stainless steel within the thermoplastic. The volume resistance from any metallic clamp or fastener to the grounding lug (provided on the band clamp) has been factory tested to be less than 1000 Ohms. These pumps can help meet NFPA grounding requirements for the system. Available in 1/4" and 1/2" Models.

• The Conductive Nylon (CN Models) are often used for lubricants, oils and fats (both animal and vegetable types) hydrocarbons. Nylon offers superior resistance to that of acetal in the area of solvents and solvent-based products. Groundable conductive nylon is made to transfer flammable fluids.
