Graymills pumps are typically found on OEM machine tool equipment
and are thus well suited for replacement or retrofit machine tool
pumping applications. These pumps can also be used on other
industrial applications requiring a vertical cast iron or stainless
pump.
TN Series pumps are designed to cover a wide range of pumping applications. They can handle thin and heavy liquids containing abrasives and bits of solids, while maintaining consistent and dependable flow. Except for the 24” and 36” models, pumps are designed so that there are no bearings or seals in the liquid, making them virtually maintenance-free. All TN series pumps are available with nickel plating, baked epoxy, Teflon or nylon coatings, and stainless steel shafts for extra corrosion and abrasion resistance.
In addition to having the same trouble-free design features as other TN Series pumps, the TN 40 Series offer higher volume and head capabilities than the TN 30 Series. Discharge diameter and maximum viscosity for each pump are listed. These pumps are also available as a part of a pump and tank system, with 21, 38, and 55-gallon capacities.
TN 40 Specifications: 1/2HP, 1725 RPM, 1” NPT vertical discharge. Maximum viscosity: 500 SSU.
TN 40H Specifications: 2 HP, 3450 RPM, 1-1/4” NPT vertical discharge, maximum viscosity: 500 SSU.
