Chemical Drum Pumps
Industrial chemical drum pumps made in the USA by Standard Pump. Fitted with electric or air motors, purchased seperately. Lengths from 27" to 72" for 55 gallon barrel, totes and pails. Materials PolyPro, Kynar PVDF, 316 SS and now the industry's first CPVC pump.
STANDARD Drum Pump ends are designed with threaded joints for easy maintenance and individual component replacement, without special tools. Our guide sleeves are TFE®, with a specially extruded fin which secures it inside the inner tube. We utilize a seal grade carbon for our lower bushing (Pure Carbon® 6038C), the most chemically resistant carbon available. Our shafts are SS-316 (SS ends) and Hastelloy® C-276 (PP, PVDF).
Materials of construction include non-glass filled PP, natural PVDF and SS-316. These high quality materials and state of the art techniques ensure that we are THE STANDARD IN CHEMICAL TRANSFER.CHEMICAL APPLICATIONS:Acids and alkalies. Acetic acid, Ammonium Hydroxide, Ferric Chloride, Fluosilic Acid, Phosphoric Acid (45%), Nitric Acid (20%), Sodium Hydroxide, Sulfuric Acid (75%) and many other liquids.Replacement for other imported brands.NOTE:***If you are looking for a DRUM BATCH CONTROL / DISPENSE SYSTEM, please look at Standard Pump's Series BC***Click here for a Bung Adapter
