Sprinkler Irrigation Pump Self-Priming
Sprinkler Pump by AMT, Irrigation Pump, Booster pumps feature Investment Cast 316 SS closed impellers for high efficiency and resistance against erosion caused by abrasive particles. Sprinkler pumps self-prime to 20 feet for irrigation from a pond or creek. Single stage irrigation pump models feature a built-in check valve to insure fast selfpriming after initial liquid is added to the pump. Cast iron construction provides durability and low maintenance. PumpBiz also offers electric motor starters / controls.
Two-stage models provide additional pressure in fractional horsepower sizes for multi-sprinkler head applications. Type 21 Buna-N mechanical seals handle maximum working pressure to 150 PSI. Pumps are available from 3/4 to 7-1/2HP with Open Drip Proof (ODP) or Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) motors. Note: due to motor SF rating on ODP vs. TEFC, the required motor size varies with motor enclosure. TEFC is always higher. 1.5" Single Phase pump models feature automatic thermal overload protection.
