ESW Flange Mount Coolant Pump

The DSW & ESW series pumps are identical in performance, differing only in flange & discharge size. Graymills pumps are typically found on OEM machine tool equipment and are thus well suited for replacement or retrofit machine tool pumping applications. These pumps can also be used on other industrial applications requiring a vertical cast iron or stainless pump.

Flange Mount pumps are designed to mount to the outer wall of integral machine sumps or tanks. All Flange Mount pumps have two horizontal discharge ports as standard to facilitate plumbing from either side, with a single internal port available as an option. Sealed pumps are available for applications in which the pump motor is mounted below liquid level. · Normal viscosities from 300 SSU to 500 SSU. · Pump column lengths from 8" to 17-3/8". · Horsepower: From 1/8 to 3 HP. · Flows to 90 GPM.

There are two types (BSW/CSW and DSW/ESW) within this model series. Pumps within the types are identical in performance, differing only in flange and discharge size. See specific data following. All share these common elements:

Flange Mount Series Specifications:BSW/CSW 100H: 1/8 HP, 3450 RPM, ½” NPT horizontal discharge. Maximum viscosity: 500 SSU.

BSW/CSW 200H: 1/4HP, 3450 RPM, ½” NPT horizontal discharge. Maximum viscosity: 500 SSU.

BSW/CSW 300H: ½ or ¾ HP, 3450 RPM, ¾” NPT horizontal discharge. Maximum viscosity: 500 SSU.

DWS/ESW 300: ¼ HP, 1725 RPM, ¾” NPT horizontal discharge. Maximum viscosity: 500 SSU.

DSW/ESW 300H: ½, ¾, 1, 1-1/2, HP, 3450 RPM, 1” NPT horizontal discharge. Maximum viscosities, ½, ¾, 1 HP; 200 SSU. 1-1/2 HP; 500 SSU.

DSW/ESW 400: ½ HP, 1725 RPM, 1” NPT horizontal discharge. Maximum viscosity: 500 SSU.

DSW/ESW 400H: 2 HP, 3450 RPM. Horizontal discharge; DSW 1-1/4” NPT, ESW 1-1/2” NPT. Maximum viscosity: 300 SSU.

DSW/ESW 500H: 3 HP, 3450 RPM. Horizontal discharge: DSW 1-1/4” NPT, ESW 1-1/2” NPT. Maximum viscosity: 300 SSU.
