If you would like to make a change to an existing order please contact us so that we may change your order prior to shipping. Please include your PO# and item /s.
Do you need a status report on your order, other than what you see in MyStockroom? Customer Service can help.
If you need to return any item, warranty, non-warranty or for service, please obtain a Return Material Authorization # (RMA) prior to shipping. We can NOT receive any packages which do NOT have a RMA # clearly marked on the box and the packing slip. For the status of an existing RMA # please check MyStockroom.
Each of our quality manufactures has a different warranty policy. If you would like a copy of a particular warranty policy please let us know. We will be glad to email, fax or send you a copy. Also please see our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
